Move-in Checklist
First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
The security deposit and additional fees will be due within 48 hours of approval. The first
month's rent and pet deposit are both due at move in.
Move-in Date & Inspection
All information about your move-in, including inspection details, will be provided at the key exchange.
Utilities
As a tenant in a Wick Mullins home, you must keep all utility accounts current. You also need to place these in your name. Do these immediately upon taking occupancy.
Move-out Checklist
Notice of Intent to Vacate
Planning to move out of your rental home? Please provide us with a written notice of your intent to vacate at least 30 days before the end of your lease. (unless otherwise stipulated in your lease.) Failure to do so will result in the forfeiting of your security deposit.
